Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 20 small grapes
Lunch: salmon salad (canned salmon, celery, onion, olive oil, vinegar, pepper), broccoli, peppers, jicama
Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry (5 oz chicken breast, .5 cup frozed stirfry veg, .5 cup brown rice (not Paleo, so what?), chili garlic sauce, & who knew Soy Sauce has wheat in it? I didn’t! Will have to watch out next time.
Snacks: small handful of almonds/walnuts (@ work), 2oz turkey burger, 2oz turkey deli meat, 2oz cheddar
