Work Out: 15 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats in 14:52

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled w/ spinach & pesto, 3 slices of bacon

Lunch: rotisserie chicken (~3.5 oz), bag o’ veggies (broccoli, jicama, gn/rd peppers, celery), 12 grapes

Dinner: turkey burger (60z), lettuce (wrap), bacon, tomato, avocado, pickle, onion

Snacks: small handful of almonds/walnuts Dessert: small apple (microwaved 3:00) w/ cinnamon, walnuts & .25 cup whole milk yogurt (Nancy’s)

Comments: Knees are swollen again after kickball last night, luckily it was the last game of the season

Waking Pulse:

Work Out: City Park WOD today 21-15-9 reps of rows (done w/ swings), sprint 100 yds, pushups, sprint, pullups & sprint to start again for time of 6:58

Breakfast: 3 fried eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 strawberries

Lunch: 2 chicken drumsticks, 1 cup-ish sauteed mustard greens, 1 small apple

Dinner: Chinese (Diced Almond Chicken (loads of celery), & Pork Chow Mein (minimal crispy noodle)), fortune cookie

Snacks: raw grass-fed milk f/ Sundae (cow), + another glass (10 oz?) & 3 oatmeal/banana/raisin cookies

Comments: Played an hour of kickball. Scored 2x & I was the pitcher
