Work Out: 3 rounds in 4:36 of 50 Double-Unders (turned into Tuck Jumps in rd 2) & 5 Handstand Push Ups

Breakfast: 3x Eggs, 3x Bacon

Lunch: Steak (6oz), Salad w/ EVOO/Balsamic, Apricot, Plum

Dinner: Omelet (4 eggs, cheddar, summer sausage)

Snacks: Americano Coffee

Comments: Had a great time playing a pick up game of Basketball!
