Waking Pulse: 46

Work Out: Barefoot run, Monkey Bars (pullups, toes to bar, upside-down climb) and balance on rope structure.  Lunchtime addition: 2×20 KB Swings @50#, 2×10 HSPU, 10 toes to bar

Breakfast: 3x Eggs, 2x Sausage, 1x Bacon and a plum off of my tree (my favorite thing we grow!)

Lunch: 3oz Steak, 3oz Chicken Breast, .5 cup Jicama (w/ lime & smoky paprika), 1 small Santa Rosa Plum
