Lunch: Salad, Balsamic, EVOO, Deli Ham, Jicama + .5cup Blackberries gathered during walk

Dinner: Steak, Fried (coconut oil) Zucchini in egg

Snacks: Banana, 2 Tbsp Almond Butter, 1Tbsp Whipped Cream, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries

Work Out: 3 rounds in 4:36 of 50 Double-Unders (turned into Tuck Jumps in rd 2) & 5 Handstand Push Ups

Breakfast: 3x Eggs, 3x Bacon

Lunch: Steak (6oz), Salad w/ EVOO/Balsamic, Apricot, Plum

Dinner: Omelet (4 eggs, cheddar, summer sausage)

Snacks: Americano Coffee

Comments: Had a great time playing a pick up game of Basketball!

WOD#2: AMRAP in 7mins 215# Deadlift, sprint 60′, 14x 1legged squat, 21xDoubleUnders, sprint 60′. Completed 4 rds (+DL’s & sprint)

Breakfast: 3x Eggs, 2x Sausage, 2x Strawberries

Lunch: Salmon Salad (.5 can of salmon, celery, onion, EVOO, vinegar), big salad

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash, Marinara, Meatballs

Snacks: Greek Yogurt, 3x Strawberries
