Lunch: 2 chicken drumsticks, 1 cup-ish sauteed mustard greens, 1 small apple
Dinner: Chinese (Diced Almond Chicken (loads of celery), & Pork Chow Mein (minimal crispy noodle)), fortune cookie
Snacks: raw grass-fed milk f/ Sundae (cow), + another glass (10 oz?) & 3 oatmeal/banana/raisin cookies
