Waking Pulse: 46

Work Out: 21-25-21-21-36 reps of pushups & then 2 mi #barefoot run (17:48)

Breakfast: 3 Egg Omelet, Spinach, Pesto, 3xBacon

Lunch: Spaghetti Squash, Meatballs, Marinara, Kiwi, .25C Almonds/Walnuts

Dinner: Steelhead Steak, Salad w/ Tomato & Balsamic, Asparagus

Snacks: Turkey Pastrami 5oz, 1tsp Almond Butter, Apple w/ Cinnamon, .12C Walnuts
