Work Out: Yoga

Breakfast: 3xEggs, 3xBacon, .25Cup Sauerkraut

Lunch: Intermittent Fast, didn’t happen… was literally interrupted by a piece of pie that walked over to me to be eaten.

Dinner: Another “Fail-eo”: Enchilada Pie, Cole Slaw, Ranchero Beans, …& Chocolate Dessert


Comments: Tweaked my back while helping to rack a 200+ lb server at work. Mid-back attach at spine to lower ribs attach at side.
