Lunch: Deli Ham (2oz), Cheddar (1.5oz), Broccoli (.25 cup), Radishes (4 small), Walnuts/Almonds (.2 cup)

Dinner: Chinese (Chicken Finger Fried things, Diced Almond Chicken, Pork Chow Mein)
