Breakfast: 3xEggs, 3xBacon …VooDoo Doughnut (don’t tell anyone, K?)

Lunch: Deli Ham, Salad, Cheddar (2.25oz)

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash, Marinara, Meatballs

Snacks: Almond Butter, Banana, Dark Chocolate
