Work Out: Feeling beat up, so took it EZ. 100 pushups & situps, untimed.

Breakfast: 3 Eggs, 2 Sausage

Lunch: Hawaiian Time: Huli-huli Chicken, Rice, Macaroni Salad, Teriyaki & Sriracha. Not 100% paleo, but an OK choice… 80/20, right?

Dinner: Artichoke Quiche, Salad, EVOO/Balsamic

Snacks: Almond Butter, Banana

Comments: Volleyball tonight.
