Work Out: Scaled Annie: 50-40-30-20-10 rep rds in 05:48, of: Tuck Jumps & Situps | also Chest-to-bar, widegrip Pullups and 1RM Benchpress (295# on machine)

Breakfast: 3 Scrambled Eggs w/ Spinach, 2 Sausage Pattys

Lunch: Salad, Balsamic, EVOO, Deli Ham, Jicama + .5cup Blackberries gathered during walk

Dinner: Steak, Fried (coconut oil) Zucchini in egg

Snacks: Banana, 2 Tbsp Almond Butter, 1Tbsp Whipped Cream, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries
