Sleep: 8 hrs, but terrible quality

Waking Pulse: didn’t take

Work Out: 2mi Barefoot Run (20:04)

Breakfast: 3xEggs, 3xBacon, .25C Blueberries, 1tsp Almond Butter

Lunch: Left over Taco Salad, Tomato/Cuke salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, vinegar & salt/pepper)

Dinner: Chapala’s Mexican: Tamale, Chimichanga, Rice, Beans, Chips, Salsa — Not a paleo meal

Snacks: Larabar (apple pie) — Thanks, Mom

Comments: Lost all 3 Volleyball games
