Work Out: Barefoot 1mi run in 10:08

Breakfast: 3x Eggs, 3x Bacon, .5C Greek Yogurt, .12C Blueberries

Lunch: Salmon Salad, Lettuce, EVOO, Balsamic, .12C blueberries, Sweet Potato

Dinner:

Snacks: small slice of Tiramisu (made by a co-worker… who can say no to that? Not this guy!), .25C walnuts/almonds
