Work Out: YogaX; Lunch break WOD #crossfit 3 rds in 13:27 of 50xSumoDeadliftHiPull (30#), 30xBoxJump (1.5′), 25xBackExt, 20xDeadlift (205#).

Breakfast: 3x Eggs, 2x Sausage

Lunch: Salmon Salad, Plum

Dinner: @ Roadhouse: Tri-tip (10oz), Sweet Potato w/ butter, & ~.5C Peanuts in shell

Snacks: Dessert @ Sweet Life: .5 slice Chocolate Orgasm Cake

Comments: Can’t wait for dinner @ Roadhouse tonight!
