Work Out: 2x Max rep push ups (65 &66), situps (45 & 25), 1 mi barefoot run (10:13) **40# Vest: Pullups (12 & 10), Dips (2×10)

Breakfast: 1 cup Greek Yogurt, .25 cup fresh Blueberries

Lunch: 2 Celery stalks, Plums, 1 can smoked oysters

Dinner: @ McGrath’s Fish House: Salmon, Skewered Shrimp, Shrimp Cocktail, Corn on the Cob, Potato (w/ fixin’s)

Snacks: .25 cup Walnuts & Almonds; Banana & Almond Butter; .25 C Greek Yogurt
