Waking Pulse: 51

Work Out: P90X-YogaX (40 minutes)

Breakfast: 3x Eggs, 3x Bacon, .25 cup Blueberries

Lunch: Steak, Bag o’ Veg, Mandarin Orange

Dinner: Big A$$ Salad (w/ eggs, grilled chicken, cheddar, tomatoes, avocado, onions, EVOO, balsamic), Roasted Garlic, Jicama w/ lime

Snacks: Small handfull of nuts (walnuts, almonds)

Comments: Gave blood today.  Folks came over and had dinner with us!
