Work Out: Run 5k (23:15)

Breakfast: 3x Eggs (fresh f/ Farmer’s Market!), 3x Bacon

Lunch: Steak (6oz… may have been shoe leather, not quite sure), Bag o’ Veg (broccoli f/ my garden), jicama, celery), 10x Black Olives, Apricot

Dinner: Rotisserie Chicken Breast (6oz), Sauteed Veggies (zucchini (fresh f/ garden), onions, garlic, celery, bell peppers)


Comments: Volleyball game tonight, our second.  Hopefully we win a match!
