Work Out: 1 mi Barefoot Run in 10:52; HSPU

Breakfast: 1 C Greek Yogurt, 4xStrawberries, 5xRaspberries

Lunch: Hamburger Patty x2, bag o’ veg (celery, bell pepper, jicama, broccoli), apricot

Dinner: Green Salad, Tomato, Avocado, Cucumber, Shrimp (6oz), Balsamic & EVOO, 12xPork Rinds, Homemade Salsa

Snacks: Red Wine, 1 cup Cottage Cheese, 1 tsp almond butter

Comments: Took an evening stroll w/ the fam (barefoot & shirtless)
