Waking Pulse: didn’t take

Work Out: Rest Day

Breakfast: Cottage Cheese (~1 cup), broccoli, couple of raspberries & blueberries

Lunch: Polish Sausage, Kale w/ balsamic & EVOO, 5xPork Rinds, bite of homemade salsa

Dinner: 2x Hamburger Patty (4oz), Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickle

Snacks: Smoked Oysters

Comments: Nice AM stroll through the park enjoying the Bohemia Mining Days
