Work Out: Pre’s Trail Run w/ Clif

Breakfast: 3x Fried Eggs, 3x Bacon

Lunch: Yumm Bowl (medium)

Dinner: California Roll Sushi, 1 Polish Sausage, fresh green salad, onions, tomato, .5 avocado

Snacks: 2x Wolf Margarita, peanut butter & banana

Comments: Great 4 mile run with Clif!  Great afternoon in the backyard pool w/ the kids & now watching ‘Avatar’!
