Waking Pulse: 49

Work Out: 6 rounds (1.5 mi)

For 20 minutes:
Run 400 meters
Rest precisely the time of the previous run

Breakfast: Protein Shake (1.5 scoops, .25 can coconut milk, 1 tsp dark cocoa powder)

Lunch: Taco Salad (fresh greens, ground turkey, tomatoes, onions, salsa verde, cilantro), apricot

Dinner: Grilled Portabella Pizza (2 portabella mushrooms (gill side up), pesto sauce, bit of mozzarella, turkey deli meat on one pepperoni on other), fresh green salad, peanut butter & banana (I have a hard time saying no to a ripe banana… ok, & to peanut butter, too!)
