Work Out: max reps pushups (56), 1 mi barefoot run (8:03), max reps pushups (70)

Breakfast: 3x eggs, 2x sausage, .2 C Strawberries, .25 C Raspberries, 3 Tbsp whipped cream

Lunch: Mongolian Beef, fried rice, spring roll, crab puff

Dinner: Bratwurst, veggie tray, green salad (in yummy brat juice)

Snacks: Raspberries/Strawberries/Whipped Cream
