Work Out: 5k run 25:11

Breakfast: 3xeggs, 3xsausage

Lunch: 6-ish oz rotisserie chicken, salad w/ evoo & balsamic, .25 cup blueberries, kiwi

Dinner: 2x Bratwurst, salad w/ evoo & balsami, celery, tomato, sweet peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, grilled garlic

Snacks: .25 cup strawberries, .25 cup raspberries, 2 Tbsp fresh whipped cream
