Waking Pulse: 48

Workout: 21-15-9 rep rounds of pullups, pushups, situps

Breakfast: Protein Shake (1.5 scoops, coconut milk, 1big tbsp dark cocoa powder)

Lunch: Leftover Chicken Stir-Fry, kiwi

Dinner: Harvested salad, raspberries & tomatoes from our garden, pork sausage, broccoli

Snack: handful of almonds (~12)
