Waking Pulse: 48

Workout: 5k run in 25:11

Breakfast: 3xegg, 3xbacon, 6xgrapes

Lunch: deli ham (2oz), bag o’ veg (cauliflower, radish, bell pepper, celery), fresh raspberries & blueberries

Dinner: Chicken Stir-Fry (w/ added bag of asparagus, baby corn (for the kids), ginger), organic brown rice… & my favorite: garlic chili sauce


Comments: 1st run in regular shoes since I bought my VFF’s felt slow & heavy.
