Father’s Day – Rest Day

Waking Pulse: 53 bpm

Breakfast: 3xeggs, 2xbacon, 2xsausage

Lunch: 3xtacos al pastor & finished off everyone else’s lunch (chimichanga, beef patty, chicken) & some corn tortilla chips. Big cheat meal! Then again, corn tortillas aren’t too huge of a negative in my book.

Dinner: fast (not hungry)

Snack: 2tbsp almond butter, banana, red wine (80z)

Comments: Lots of shopping today w/ the fam to get ready for the cruise!
