Saturday – Rest Day

Sleep: 9.5 hours (kids let me sleep)

Waking Pulse: 52 bpm

Breakfast: 3xeggs, 2xbacon, 1xsausage

Lunch: Paleo-ish dip (kippered herring, cream cheese) & jicama

Dinner: Pork roast, mashed cauliflower, steamed parsnips w/ butter
