100 meter Sprint
Rest 90 seconds

  • result: 1.48, 1.46, 1.46.77, 1.46.48, 1.45.9, 1.45.63, 1.46.3, 1.46.01, 1.46.56, 1.46.11

Played w/ some round off’s
Breakfast: 3xeggs, 2xsausage patty, 12xsmall red grapes

Lunch: 2nd half of yesterday’s salmon salad & jicama, celery, brocoli & small, but delicious, orange
