Waking Pulse: 49

Work Out: 15 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats in 14:52

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled w/ spinach & pesto, 3 slices of bacon

Lunch: rotisserie chicken (~3.5 oz), bag o’ veggies (broccoli, jicama, gn/rd peppers, celery), 12 grapes

Dinner: turkey burger (60z), lettuce (wrap), bacon, tomato, avocado, pickle, onion

Snacks: small handful of almonds/walnuts Dessert: small apple (microwaved 3:00) w/ cinnamon, walnuts & .25 cup whole milk yogurt (Nancy’s)

Comments: Knees are swollen again after kickball last night, luckily it was the last game of the season
